IT PERSONNEL APPLICATION

Although no notification has been published regarding IT Personnel processes, in our discussions with the Revenue Administration Presidency, it has been expressed that the IT Personnel's activities in the TGB (Technopark, Science and Technology Center) due to being subject to 100% exemption or their work for clients due to mandatory R&D activities will not create the right to remote work for other employees of the company. 

In order to prevent any grievances for entrepreneurial companies, the IT Personnel application has been developed in accordance with the opinion we received from the Revenue Administration Presidency on ARGEPORTAL, as it became effective from April 1, 2023, through a Presidential Decree. 

For the utilization of remote work right by companies, the Approval of the Executive Company and submission to the Ministry are required. In this context, the External Working Hours form for IT Personnel should be filled out by the companies, and it should be reviewed and approved by the executive company. To enable automatic verification by the system, the option "Automatically approve after system checks during the submission for approval" should be selected in the Remote Work Period Definition.
